Over two years, I have led a total of 30 interdisciplinary students to develop fully integrated campaigns for our clients, Wienerschnitzel and Adobe. Each campaign includes elements of research, strategy, promotional events, media planning, and creative development with budgets totaling almost $30 million dollars in ad spend.
Manage team operations such as leading director and team meetings, assigning weekly tasks to ensure that the campaign progresses on schedule, and organizing team fundraising events.

Helped create a platform of research for our team to use to their benefit by using Simmons data, various consumer surveys, and focus groups to find insights about our target market in order to create a cohesive creative campaign for our client, Ocean Spray.

Creative Strategy Intern: Charles Schwab
Worked with a group of students at Texas Tech in conjunction with The Richards Group on a project for their client, Charles Schwab. As a team, we conducted primary research, constructed our own media plan, and developed a creative campaign to promote the career field, Registered Investment Advisors.
As a strategist, I compiled consumer insights about the Registered Investment Advising industry through focus groups, a national survey and one on one interviews. These insights effectively drove creative with strategic messaging about the benefits of working as an RIA and shined a positive light on the financial industry.
Kept in contact with the client about the progress of the project and if it was meeting the needs of the campaign throughout the project timeline. The final campaign was pitched to the Charles Schwab marketing team and The Richards Group in Dallas.
